This indicator measures the anticipated outcomes of knowledge-sharing behavior. Outcome expectations refer to an individual's belief that a certain behavior, such as knowledge sharing, will lead to a specific outcome, such as recognition). These are the outcomes expected from performing a certain behavior (Murray-Johnson et al., 2001; Bandura,1977).
